I have coffee table books around my home, which I love to periodically peruse for ideas or to simply give me a break from scrolling on my phone.
Most commonly, I stack my books on the TV cabinet or on the buffet to give height when styling my home décor.
The books I have on display have been curated for their interest and they look visually pleasing when on display.
I thought I’d share my favourite coffee table books if you want to display your own collection. I do dream of having the books stacked on a coffee table like below… but when you have young kids that love to draw, it’s easier to keep the coffee table clear and display the books elsewhere.
Favourite Coffee Table Books
1. HomeBody by Joanna Gaines
I love this book as it details different interior styles Jo uses when decorating the homes of her clients’. She offers suggestions on how to style tricky areas of the home, while mixing interior styles together to create a balanced look. You can read my review on this book here.
2. Magnolia Table by Joanna Gaines
Another book by Jo, which I love to flip through periodically is Magnolia Table. The recipes shared in the books are from Jo’s family heritage or are ones she uses to feed her family. This book is like Jo giving you a warm hug and a small glimpse into her family life. It’s easy to pick a page and start reading.
3. Keeping House by Emma Blomfield
This delightful interior book by Emma offers tips and tricks to create different zones in the house which suit the lifestyle of those living within the home. You can read my review here.
4. Home by Emma Blomfield
This was Emma’s first book which helps homeowners work out how to set up their home using the furniture they have or have purchased. You can read my review on this book here. The delightful cover makes it a stunning book to have on display, anywhere.
5. Whiskey in a Teacup by Reese Witherspoon
I received this book from Jacob for Christmas. I read it in a day or two. I loved the recipes, tips and tricks Reese shares from growing up, to making a home for her family and entertaining guests in her home. Another delightful book to have on display, which is easy to read and be inspired by.
6. Adore
Adore was my first ever coffee table book. The outer cover looks a bit worse for wear, but I love flipping through this book for inspiration on colourful interiors. As you know, I love having colour in my home. This book is sold out from most online stores. I did find a link from one stockist which I have linked in the title.
7. Absolutely Beautiful Things by Anna Spiro
Another favourite coffee table book I like to have on display is Anna Spiro’s Absolutely Beautiful Things. I love how Anna mixes textures and patterns to create a cohesive, yet delightful interior. When I need inspiration to think outside the square, this book is the one I turn to.
