Affordable Boho Style is possible with Salty Crush.
I’ve known about Salty Crush for a few years now and it’s my go to online retailer to purchase new boho style tops and dresses for a wardrobe update.
The pieces are usually under $100 and they offer free return shipping if the item doesn’t suit. I’ve never had to send a purchase back as I’ve always been very happy with the dresses sent out to me.
I was recently gifted some pieces to style for spring. I did have to send one dress back as the colouring didn’t suit me, but the return process was hassle free. Let’s check out the pieces and how I was able to style them.
Chloe Harlem Top
I loved this print and style of top the moment it hit my inbox in a weekly new arrivals email from Salty Crush. I was able to purchase this top at a discount.
Delivery was made on the day of going out to the theatre. I teamed the top with Decjuba jeans and my faithful red leather jacket – which I’ve had for over a decade.
With a 3/4 elasticized sleeve length, it’s an ideal top for all year round wearing. I’m looking forward to wearing this top with some jean shorts in summer.
Do size down in this top. Being a Jaase brand, many of the garments are oversized. I’m wearing a medium and it’s a very relaxed, oversized fit. I am usually a 14-16 and had I gone with a large it would have been way too big.
Tessa Royal Maxi Dress
The Tessa Royal Maxi Dress is a stunning shape and print.
With an empire line and a-line tiered skirt, it drapes and skims beautifully.
Again I sized down in this dress to a medium. The elastic button enclosures make this dress breastfeeding friendly and the fall from beneath the bust can accommodate a baby bump.
It’s definitely a dress which can be worn into spring. I’ve styled it with boots, a denim jacket and tan suede vest.
For summer, style with a strappy white or tan sandal.
Adela Indigo Mini Dress
The Adela Indigo Mini Dress was a bit too mini on me as it was a short length. I ordered the size small, which fit perfectly, but the length wasn’t a comfortable fit for me. I would have needed to have worn pants with it.
My eldest daughter Esther loved the print and this dress has now ended up in her wardrobe.
I’ve shared before on the blog how hard it can be to find clothes which fit the tween age group.
The mini Boho dress styles at Salty Crush are an ideal option for the teen and tween age group.
Esther styled the dress with boots, but for summer it can be worn with white sneakers or woven sandals.
The beauty of a boho dress is it requires very little accessories. The print and flow of the garment make the piece the key focal point in a boho outfit.
I’m looking forward to wearing these pieces on high rotation this spring and summer.
