Last week I decided Styled by Bec needed a website make-over and required to be converted to a blog, with a page offering my services as opposed to my services being front and centre instead of the blog.
What do you think?
I’m excited by it because I’ve opened up a few new categories to share about on this space which include Lifestyle, Beauty and Interiors.
My role as an editor for a fashion and lifestyle website inspired me with some blog post ideas that would work on my blog, hence why I opened up the interiors section on the blog. You can read my first interiors blog post about how to incorporate colour into your interiors here.
I’m always a sticky beak when it comes to seeing how people decorate their homes. I’m not sure if the love developed when dad and I started our domestic plumbing maintenance company and we’d walk through different homes to do our job.
There are a few blogs that focus on the interiors of one’s home, but not many that look at how one store’s their clothes, and this will become a new series called In Her Wardrobe where I share the state of someone’s wardrobe and get them to share about what they love in their wardrobe – or maybe what they don’t like.
I’m also going to offer a service exclusively for women who want their wardrobe completely sorted out and organized. We sadly live in times where buying new clothes has become a habit, but if our wardrobes are organized and have clothes that we love, we won’t cry in our wardrobe complaining we have nothing to wear.
If your wardrobe is already in working order, I would LOVE for you to contact me so I can share it on the blog. Send me a comment below or message me via my contact form. If you need your wardrobe completely culled and sorted out, you can get more details here.
So what do you think of the new blog? Have you made a change this year that you’d like to share?
I’m linking up with Essentially Jess for IBOT.
